Not every vehicle is suitable, and a warning alone does not confirm that software work is the right option. Start with the warning, not an assumed solution
You might have a warning that keeps returning, a message you do not recognise, or a car or van that feels down on power. Tell us what appears on the dashboard and whether anything changed before it started.
A photograph helps us understand your enquiry, but it is not a diagnosis on its own. Mention any previous checks or work too. That gives us a clearer starting point without asking you to know the technical terms.
What DPF and EGR software work includes
DPF Delete and EGR Delete are separate software services. We assess which, if either, is available for your vehicle and explain the proposed work before you book. Neither should be treated as a catch-all answer to an engine warning.
Our work is software only. We do not remove, replace, fit, repair or clean components. Changing software does not physically clear a blocked filter or repair damaged parts. If your enquiry involves that kind of work, it falls outside the service we provide.

How these options differ from AdBlue and remapping
Our main service is AdBlue Delete, also called AdBlue Removal. Both names describe the same software service: we change the engine computer's software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing the related warnings and countdown. This does not fix unrelated engine faults.
DPF Delete and EGR Delete are additional options, not alternative names for AdBlue work. If you have several warnings, send the details of each rather than assuming one service covers everything.
We also offer Economy Remap, Performance Remap, Stage 1 Remap and Stage 2 Remap services, quoted separately. Stage 2 needs suitable supporting modifications. Availability depends on the vehicle, so discuss what you want before choosing a service.
A mobile visit at a suitable location
Once we have checked suitability and agreed the work, we can arrange a mobile appointment at your home, workplace or another safe place, subject to availability. Our Nationwide Mobile Service Across England covers cars and vans.
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. We also offer 24/7 emergency callouts, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch.

Customer FAQs
Can I book DPF or EGR software work without AdBlue Delete?
Yes. These are separately quoted services, not an AdBlue package. We first check whether the requested work is suitable for your car or van.
Does DPF Delete include removing or cleaning the filter?
No. Fix My AdBlue provides software work only. Physical filter removal, cleaning, repairs and replacement are not included or offered.
Will EGR software work solve every engine warning?
No. It should not be booked as a general cure for engine problems. Share all warning details and any previous findings so we can explain the limits of the proposed work.
Can you confirm suitability from the model name alone?
We require your registration before quoting. A model name alone is not enough for our suitability check, and we do not assume every version can receive the same software service.
What if I have a warning but no AdBlue countdown?
Send a photo of the warning anyway. You do not need an AdBlue countdown to enquire about DPF or EGR software services; the available options depend on your vehicle.
