01Understanding the service
An AdBlue warning can have several causes, including low fluid level, inadequate reductant pressure, dosing faults, wiring problems or implausible NOx readings. Some SCR faults trigger a restart countdown, but not every limp-mode or non-start condition is AdBlue-related. Diagnosis is needed before choosing an intervention.
Enquiries are welcome from the towns listed here and surrounding parts of Kent and Medway, including locations near the M2, M20 and A2. Please provide your full postcode and explain where the vehicle is parked. Appointment availability and the suitability of the working location must be confirmed before a visit.
A useful assessment combines fault codes with live readings and checks appropriate to the vehicle. Depending on the symptoms, this may include reductant pressure, injector operation, fluid condition, heaters, wiring and NOx sensor signals. Crystallisation around an injector or connection can warrant investigation, but does not by itself establish which component needs replacing. Any required adaptations or warning resets should follow the relevant repair procedure.
SCR equipment varies by model, engine, production date and market specification. Peugeot and Citroën 1.5 and 1.6 BlueHDi applications use SCR, but earlier HDi versions should not be assumed to have AdBlue. Ford Transit, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover and Volkswagen Group diesels also need specification checks. An incorrect AdBlue quality warning can reflect dosing or SCR performance problems rather than a failed dedicated quality sensor. Send your registration to help confirm the equipment fitted.
Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp to send your registration, postcode, mileage and warning photos. If you have a diagnostic report, include it rather than just a suggested replacement part. Mention recent repairs, refills and whether the engine currently starts. These details help establish the next diagnostic step and the proposed scope of work; confirm the quote and any attendance charges before booking.
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.
We confirm your vehicle, location, service and appointment.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete refers to a software modification intended to disable SCR dosing and associated monitoring. Its effects depend on the vehicle and software implementation. It does not repair failed hardware or resolve unrelated engine and exhaust faults. Send your registration so we can check your vehicle's specification and discuss the options.
AdBlue Removal is often used to mean software deactivation rather than physical removal of the tank, pump or injector. Ask what a proposed service includes. Disconnecting components alone is not a repair and may introduce additional faults.
AdBlue Delete changes how the vehicle controls or monitors the SCR system. AdBlue Repair addresses the underlying fault so the system can operate as intended. Depending on diagnosis, repair may involve wiring, a dosing injector, a pump, a heater or a NOx sensor; replacement parts are not always required.
AdBlue Fix is a general description for resolving an AdBlue-related problem. A suitable repair starts with diagnosis. Software updates, adaptations or countdown resets may be required after the cause is addressed, but clearing fault codes alone does not cure a failed component.
Please send your registration, current postcode, mileage and the exact warning displayed. Include any fault codes and details of recent repairs or AdBlue refills. Registration details help identify the likely specification, but a diagnostic read may still be needed to confirm the ECU and software version.
Yes. Send a clear dashboard photo and any diagnostic report via WhatsApp. Include the complete codes and their descriptions if available. These help guide the initial assessment, but live readings and component tests may be needed to identify the cause.
Timing depends on ECU access, the vehicle's condition and the diagnostic work required. Send your registration and warning details for an initial estimate. A non-start condition or additional faults may require further investigation.
A modification that disables SCR dosing is intended to stop AdBlue consumption, but dashboard behaviour and monitoring depend on the vehicle and implementation. Do not assume dosing is disabled because a warning has disappeared. Confirm the vehicle's status before changing its refill routine.
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
