01Understanding the service
Mobile enquiries are welcome from the Hertfordshire towns listed here and locations around the A1(M), M1 and M25 corridors. Attendance depends on your full postcode, appointment availability and a safe, accessible place to work. If the vehicle cannot start, explain its location and symptoms before arranging a visit; some faults may require workshop facilities or recovery.
AdBlue Delete and Removal generally refer to software changes affecting SCR dosing and monitoring. Repair and Fix enquiries focus on establishing why the system is reporting a fault and what work is appropriate. Software changes do not unblock an exhaust catalyst, restore a failed heater or repair damaged wiring. Crystallised deposits, dosing problems and sensor faults require diagnosis rather than assumptions based on a dashboard warning.
P204F indicates reductant system performance, bank 1, while P20E8 indicates reductant pressure too low. P20EE refers to SCR NOx catalyst efficiency below threshold, bank 1; it does not prove that the catalyst needs replacing. P208E describes a reductant injection valve stuck closed, bank 1 unit 1. Manufacturer-specific descriptions, subcodes and test procedures should be checked before recommending repairs.
SCR-equipped versions of the Ford Transit, Volkswagen Crafter, Range Rover Sport and Peugeot or Citroën BlueHDi models may develop AdBlue faults. However, fitment and component layout vary by engine, build date and market. Mercedes-Benz BlueTEC and Volkswagen Group TDI badges alone do not establish the exact SCR specification. Some vehicles combine tank components into an assembly, while others allow separate repairs; parts availability must be checked individually. DPF faults also require separate assessment, even where the exhaust systems interact.
Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp to send your registration, full postcode, dashboard photographs and any fault-code report. Include whether the vehicle starts, the remaining countdown distance if shown, and details of recent refills or repairs. An initial assessment can then establish what further checks are needed and whether a mobile appointment is suitable. The postcode list is indicative: districts can cross county boundaries, and coverage is confirmed using your full address.

Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppAdBlue Delete refers to software changes intended to disable SCR dosing and associated monitoring or restrictions. It does not repair defective components or clear a physical exhaust blockage. Suitability and the effect on warnings depend on the vehicle and its faults; send your registration for an initial check.
AdBlue Removal commonly describes the same software-based approach as AdBlue Delete, rather than physical removal of the tank or catalyst. The scope varies by ECU and SCR system, so it should be confirmed for the individual vehicle.
AdBlue Delete changes how the vehicle controls or monitors SCR operation. AdBlue Repair addresses the underlying fault so the system can function correctly, using testing followed by appropriate component repairs, replacement or manufacturer-specified software updates.
An AdBlue Fix is a general description, not a specific repair procedure. The appropriate work depends on diagnostic results and may involve fluid-quality checks, wiring repairs, dosing tests or replacement of a failed component.
Send your registration, full postcode, warning-message text and any diagnostic codes. These help identify the likely vehicle specification and check mobile availability. Build details, ECU identification or an inspection may be needed to confirm the installed system.
Yes. Send a clear photograph of the warning message and any diagnostic readout, together with your registration. Photos help with initial assessment, but a countdown is a symptom and does not identify the failed component on its own.
Timing depends on the ECU, access requirements, battery condition and faults found during diagnosis. Send your registration and warning details so the likely scope and appointment duration can be assessed before booking.
AdBlue Delete is intended to address SCR-related restrictions, but it is not a guarantee that a vehicle will start. A no-start condition may involve the battery, starter, immobiliser, fuel system or other faults. Tell us whether the engine cranks and provide the exact warning message.
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
