Seeing an AdBlue or UREA system fault warning on your Vauxhall Combo's dashboard? Our mobile technicians come to your home or workplace to provide a specialist software solution. For a fast, no obligation quote, tell us your vehicle registration and postcode.

01Common AdBlue warnings
A persistent amber or red warning light indicates a fault within the SCR system. This could be triggered by anything from a sensor failure to a software glitch.
The system often displays a restart countdown message, counting down until the van will not start. This is a clear sign of a serious system fault that needs immediate attention.
To prevent further emissions system damage, the vehicle may enter a reduced power state known as limp mode. This is designed to force you to seek a repair for the underlying AdBlue issue.
If you have refilled the AdBlue tank but the warning message remains, it usually points to a failed component. Common causes include a faulty NOx sensor, pump, or level sensor.
A diagnostic check may reveal fault codes relating to NOx sensor performance or failure. These sensors are a critical part of the system and are a frequent point of failure.
Failures in the AdBlue pump or injector prevent the fluid from being introduced into the exhaust. This can trigger a system fault warning and countdown on the dashboard.
02Our service
Our process begins with a full diagnostic scan to confirm the source of the AdBlue system fault. We then perform an AdBlue Delete, also known as AdBlue Removal, by reprogramming the engine control unit (ECU). This software modification electronically disables the entire system, preventing future warnings and countdowns. Please note, some newer Vauxhall ECUs are protected and require specialist unlocking, which carries an additional cost confirmed with you beforehand. We can perform this service at your home, workplace or depot. Ask about our optional performance and economy remaps, or DPF and EGR software solutions, which can be quoted for separately.
03Why choose Fix My AdBlue
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.
We confirm your vehicle, location, service and appointment.
On the day, your technician calls with an estimated arrival time.
We connect diagnostic equipment, check the vehicle and identify relevant faults.
We read the original ECU software, prepare the AdBlue modification and apply it.
Final diagnostics, applicable fault-code resets and checks to confirm the agreed work is complete.
We take payment, provide a receipt and explain the applicable software warranty.
04Vehicle compatibility
Does my Vauxhall Combo have AdBlue? The system, marketed by Vauxhall as BlueInjection, is common on later diesel models. For your Vauxhall Combo, we check the registration, engine, build specification and ECU details rather than assuming fitment or service support from its age or badge. However, not every diesel Combo is equipped with an AdBlue system. The most reliable way to check is to provide us with your vehicle's registration so we can confirm its exact specification.
Whether it's an AdBlue warning, a fault that keeps returning or a restart countdown, we can check your Vauxhall Combo's compatibility and help you arrange the right service. Our mobile technicians come to your home or workplace.
Optional extras
While arranging your mobile AdBlue appointment, you can also ask about economy or performance remapping and our additional DPF and EGR software services for your Vauxhall Combo. We'll confirm which options are available for your vehicle.
Customer questions
Still unsure? Send us your registration and a photo of the warning on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsAppYes, this is a classic symptom of a system fault, such as a failed level sensor or pump. Our AdBlue delete software is designed to resolve this by disabling the system's need for sensor readings.
Yes, our mobile service is designed to address this exact issue. By disabling the AdBlue system via software, we prevent the countdown from reaching zero and immobilising your van.
It depends on the year and the specific ECU hardware fitted. Some newer Combo vans have protected ECUs that require unlocking at an extra cost, which we will always confirm with you before any work begins.
The engine badge or model year alone does not confirm AdBlue fitment or software support for your Vauxhall Combo. Send your registration so we can check the engine, emissions specification and ECU details before confirming suitability and a quote.
SCR stands for Selective Catalytic Reduction, the technical name for the AdBlue system. A fault with the SCR system or its NOx sensors means it's not working correctly, which our software solution resolves.
Yes, we work with many commercial fleet operators as well as individual owners. We can attend your site or depot to work on multiple vehicles, minimising your business downtime.
The service typically takes between one and two hours to complete at your location. The exact time can vary depending on the ECU type and whether it requires bench unlocking.
We are a fully mobile service based in Slough, covering a wide area including Greater London, Heathrow, the Home Counties, and across the South East. We travel further into England for pre booked work.
The price varies based on your van's specific year, engine and ECU type. For a fixed, no obligation quote, please contact us with your vehicle registration and postcode.
They are just two different names for the exact same software service. We modify the ECU software to disable the AdBlue system; we do not physically remove any hardware from the vehicle.
Yes. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch.
