Seeing a UREA warning on your dashboard? UREA is another name for AdBlue, and many Peugeot and Citroën models use that name for top-up warnings, system faults and restart countdowns. We provide a mobile UREA Delete and Removal software service for suitable cars and vans across most of South East England and further supported areas. Send your registration and a photo of the warning for a quote.

01Understanding the service
Manufacturers use different names. Peugeot and Citroën often say UREA, most others say AdBlue, and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is the American term. It is the same fluid, so UREA Delete and AdBlue Delete describe the same software service.
A UREA warning can mean the tank is low, but it often stays on after a refill because the system itself has a fault, such as a pump, injector, tank or NOx sensor problem. The exact message wording varies by model. Some vehicles then start a countdown to no restart.
Delete and Removal are two names for the same software service. On a suitable vehicle, we change the engine software so it no longer runs or monitors the UREA system. We don't replace parts. Some newer vehicles need an ECU unlock first, which is charged separately and confirmed before work begins.
We don't carry out repairs or replace UREA parts. If you want the original system repaired, a main dealer or garage can help. If you'd like the software service instead, send us your registration and we'll check whether your vehicle is suitable.
From booking to completion, our experienced mobile technicians make the process straightforward.
We confirm your vehicle, location, service and appointment.
On the day, your technician calls with an estimated arrival time.
We connect diagnostic equipment, check the vehicle and identify relevant faults.
We read the original ECU software, prepare the AdBlue modification and apply it.
Final diagnostics, applicable fault-code resets and checks to confirm the agreed work is complete.
We take payment, provide a receipt and explain the applicable software warranty.

The warning often comes from a fault in the system rather than the fluid level. Send a photo of the message and your registration and we'll advise.
